All great information, thanks! So what does all this translate to exactly.. like for a dinner it could be say, a lean chicken breast, maybe some broccoli, and rice? and breakfast maybe a hard boiled egg? things along those lines? maybe i should go to a dietician to figure out a plan for my particular body?
