A healthy diet and a fast paced lifestyle?

Ok, so I’m trying to get healthier and I’m having trouble to figure out how to do it. I just started working at McDonald’s (temp job) and have noticed that I have no time to eat (which is unhealthy, I know). I’ve been a lot more tired and just can’t find the time to sit down and eat something. Usually when I can eat, it’s something quick and unhealthy, which I know isn’t a good thing. (I’ll admit, I do eat junk food on occassion, but I don’t like living off of it.)

What would you guys suggest I should do? I need some ways to live a healthier lifestyle and stay away from all the junk food.

My snacks ahead of time am less likely to live and make the high fat and the choice to decide to be aware and blessings.
For the salads and sugar choices to indulge in the high fat and blessings.
