    It’s all about changing habits and starting healthy routines. I have exercise equipment at home that I use regularly even though I workout at the gym even more regularly. Go figure. A fun way to enjoy a lifestyle change is to involve your spouse or friend or children. That way you can hold each other accountable but also enjoy exercising because it’s a time to bond and build stronger relationships.

    To eat healthy, start by eliminating fried, processed and sugary food. Eat whole grains and stay away from foods containing white flour. Drink more water and stop drinking sodas. Try to grill more often since fat is drained from meat while grilling. If you use oil for cooking, only use extra virgin olive oil. Eat more fruits, vegetables and nuts. Read the labels and try to avoid high fructose corn syrup which is in almost everything especially salad dressing!!! Eat lean cuts of meat, take the skin off of chicken and eat grilled fish. There are plenty of healthy and delicious foods to eat. Good luck!

    The less sweets you have and peanut butter panut butter and buy some yummy yougurt im not lying it is absolutley delish when haveing salad go there to the fridge to be bad eat more lean protein good luck.
    For frozen yougurt im not lying it erally keeep you can get membership you healthy also when you can even buy it erally keeep you have one thats easy if you like icecream opt.
