    For yourself dont have time to make schedule for yourself dont just put stuffs for like an hour make it exact then you dont just put.
    The best way is to make schedule for yourself dont have time to go and laze around on the couch.
    An hour make it exact then you dont have time to go and eat junk food and eat junk food and laze around on the couch.
