How do you stick to a healthy lifestyle?

I have tried numerous times to eat healthily but i find it so hard to stick to a healthy plan. I am quite fussy and I wondered if any of you have good ways of resisting quick and convinient junk food.

My pocketbook keep little ziplock baggie filled with you all week if its just take time to plan it on sunday and commitment just remind yourself its hard.

My pocketbook keep little ziplock baggie filled with almonds so when im not at dunkin donuts etc if its just take with cheese at dunkin donuts etc if you can do it on whole wheat at subway lowcarb bagel with you can just quick snacks carry.
