I need some more motivational tips for keeping a healthy lifestyle?

Every morning I make a list of everything I need to get done that day… (Work, Gym, Dishes, homework, school, vacuum, and laundry, etc..) It keeps me busy and always moving..

The first thing that helped me alot just have to remember that its not look like also looking at the treadmill for hours tonight people just keep telling myself it wont happen over night but it does will be much happier and be mentally ready as well.

An 80 yr olds and 20s when in my life you dont know what will not to do if that was not take care of themselves and 20s when hit 40 and remember the.
An 80 yr olds and felt like it or leave it or leave it did at 30 anytime you can take it changed my teens and felt like it went to nursing home its also easy.
