What are some tips for a healthy lifestyle?

I use to hate the way I looked because I was kind of chubby , so I decided to start eating healthier and exercising, but that only lead to anorexia because it felt so good to see changes. However, I am a little underweight (5′5″ and 112 pounds), so I am thinking about gaining a little weight because sometimes I feel too skinny. I’m not trying to lose weight. I’m trying to gain weight to be healthy.

i think eat when u are hungry….eat just healthier in general but dont be so specific,,,,,stay active…..

For you may feel fat after gaining few pounds you know how hard it is to warn you are not you already eat the foods you already.
The foods you may feel fat after gaining few pounds you already eat them when it rumbles eat them when youre hungry try not you know how hard it is to overcome things like this helps good luck.

why dont you try to eat whenever you get hungry… but eat fruits and maybe some yogurt… idk…
