south beach diet - basically fish,chicken,turkey, veg,nuts, cheese, whole grains

my “diet” - fish,chicken, fruit, veg, salads, cheese, whole grains
im 5′7.5 and weigh 148

Your diet is a lot better because you need fruits!!
I only suggest that you add nuts to your diet. Such as Almonds.
